To be prepared for your visit, please:

1) Answer the pre-appointment screening questions prior to the date of your visit

2) Arrive to your appointment 2-5 minutes early to allow for the new check-in procedures (including hand sanitization, taking of temperatures and the in-office coronavirus questionnaire).

3) Adhere to social distancing protocols

Please note:

* Patients who arrive early are welcome to call us before entering the building to verify adequate space in the reception area. Please be careful if you choose to wait in the car in the heat of Sacramento Summer!

* The governor has requested that all persons in the state wear a mask whenever possible when outside of a personal residence or vehicle.
